Thermo Pac Portion Controlled Food Products
Thermo Pac was founded in 1988 with the goal of providing portion controlled products to fill the unique needs of major branded food companies and the United States Department of Defense.

In 1999 the H.J. Heinz Company acquired Thermo Pac, thus making it an integral part of its portion controlled packaging division, Portion Pac, Inc. (PPI).  After nearly nine years of operation as PPI Atlanta, the owners of AmeriQual Group, LLC acquired the Atlanta based manufacturing facility. As part of the transition, PPI Atlanta returned to its original operating name, Thermo Pac.
